Aveeno Eczema care
Please recommend something to treat severe Eczema.?
Can someone recommend Eczema remedies that actually work. Like for severe Eczema, when the skin is constantly broken or breaking. The ONLY time it is clear is with Prednizone, but he can’t take it all the time or for the rest of his life. Over the counter meds don’t work. (I.e Specto-ezcema care, Aveeno, any of that stuff). Some home remedies or something that have been proven to work. Please help !!

my son also has severe eczema that gets oozy and open patches all over his body. i tried rx meds and over the counter with no relief for him. i was told by my local herb store to try ojibwa tea to drink daily and coconut oil topically. within 3 days his eczema was gone and soft smooth skin in its place.i applied it at least 3 times a day and very liberally after baths.
