Aveeno Intense Relief overnight

i just got my skin id in the mail, so i’m reading over the directions and two of my three piece kit says i should use it twice a day. I’m a little freaked that it will irritate my skin. Should I start off using it only once a day? btw it’s made with benzol perioxide

btw I’m thinking about using a mosterizer for my skin after i’m done putting on my treatment does this one sound good?
