what is the best conditioner for super-dry hair?
I coloured my hair 3 times, now my hair is super dry. I almost never straighten it (maybe once ever 3 months) so I leave it curly, the thing is my hair got kind of poofy from being so dry. So I need moisture, right now I use ORGANIX soft & silky vanilla silk sulfate free shampoo, tresemme moisture rich, Aveeno Nourish & moisturize leave in conditioner, and aussie leave in strengthener.
so I need a conditioner that is under 15 dollars per bottle that works AMAZING. like, it will get rid of poof & make my hair soft, and shiny. also hopefully prevent split ends as I am trying to grow my hair out.

There are many good conditioners out there but if you are looking for a suggestion, try Neutrogena Triple Moisture line. I like the daily deep conditioner and the silk touch leave in cream. 
The prices are between $4.99-$7.99 at Target. The Sunday paper frequently has coupons and there are always sales at places like Walgreens, CVS, RiteAid, etc.
