Aveeno Spf lotion
I’m starting to look old at 21?
What can I do if I’m starting to look older at 21? My skin seems loser or something on my face. I can’t explain it, but it just feels like aging. Inside, I feel like I’m about 30 years old and I’m an imposter at 21, but I actually am 21 in biological years. I miss how my face looked when I was 18. What can I do, other than using sunblock? I have Aveeno Lotion with SPF 15, but I’m wondering if an anti-aging product would be better. Also, certain anti-aging products seem to have chemicals that I’d be better off waiting to use until I was older, since they seem to make you desensitized (e.g. kind of like how if you took Tylenol every day, it might not works as well later). But are there other products that are anti-aging and don’t contain that stuff? Thanks for any advice.
Start wearing a higher sunblock with SPF 30 or above. Neutrogena makes a sunblock that has SPF 70, but because of the high spf power it gives your face a slightly chalky appearance (not good if you have dark skin). If you wear make-up, make sure you’re not pulling/tugging too hard on your eyes because that can cause crow feet due to the skin around the eyes being so sensitive. Make sure your eyeliner pencils are creamy so that they will glide on smoothly and not tug at the eye skin, switch to liquid liner to use on your top eyelid. Also be gentle when you take your make-up off too don’t scrub and use a cream cleanser to take your eye make-up off. The 20s is a good age to start using anti-aging products so that when you become 40 you’ll have less to deal with. A good diet and exercise is great.
