Hair trouble please help?

All right so my hair has problems. It looks dull now. Sometimes it looks shiny and colorful but then other days it is dull. Please give out any information or tips on how to bring back the pretty color NATURALLY. I WILL NOT color it or hi-light. I have golden brown hair. Also it is really frizzy and I’ve tried gel/cream ( Aveeno), leave-in conditioner ( Herbal Essences), and shine sprays ( Garnier Fructis). Nothing seems to work. Although some days its amazing. Please tell me any GOOD shampoos, conditioners, creams, gels, ect. that ACTUALLY WORK! Make sure that they are not too expensive. Thank you! :)

PS I am healthy and fit and eat good foods and drink plenty of water. 14 years old.

Dove Daily Moisture shampoo and conditioner. I think that stuff has magical powers because I use it and it made my dull hair have life again. And I’m not even that healthy or fit.
