i have dandruff…. which shampoo should i use?
im only 12. and i have dandruff. its been bugging me, and it really embarrasses me when im scratching my head and all the sudden snowflakes come out, especially during class. 
and i sometimes at night like before i go to bed, there’s a BUNCH sitting in my hair and i just cant help but scratch it out then flake it out. ughh then my scalp gets all sore. what am i doing wrong? yes, i no. i do scratch alot on my head but i’ll try stopping that. i use aveeno shampoo and conditioning and after i shower, i use aveeno volumizing foam. and thats pretty much all i do to my head. my dad has it too, is it somekind of family generation thing..? lol. or is it cuz im not taking care of my hair?soo haha this is a long thing but um.. so what shampoo is going to be best to reduce my dandruff… or what should i do to reduce it.. IDK tell me sumthing that will reduce my dandruff:) thank youuu♥:)
The active ingredients to eliminate dandruff in order of effectiveness are:
1. coal tar – Denorex Medicated shampoo – knocks it dead but too nasty to use every day
2. Selenium sulfide – Selsun Blue shampoo – can be used every day
3. salicylic acid – Head and Shoulders shampoo – can be used every day
I recommend getting Denorex to use when things get out of control and either one of the other shampoos for every day use.
