		<description>You raise a valid point.  Like everything, especially in medical-type procedures, if all goes to plan, there shouldn&#039;t be a problem.  I&#039;m an advocate for natural treatments, but I know many people like more aggressive intervention, such as botox injections to slow the aging process.  As with any treatment, the individual should make an informed decision, and only go ahead if they are happy with the risks involved.</description>

		<description>Since Botox is a blocker of the nerve action receptor on muscle cells, I don&#039;t see how it could age the skin, except possibly due to too much muscle inactivity.  The article referenced here quotes a facialist and is not a reflection of anything scientific.  Also, Botox when used in overly-large or dangerous amounts, can cause generalized paralysis, such as with botulism poisoning.  In recommended amounts, there have been no such cases with cosmetic uses of Botox.</description>
