What are the best products for acne skin?

A few months ago i went to my doctor’s and she gave me tetralysal which i have to take for 3 months, im currently using l’oreal perfect clean face wash but i want to know if there is something more effective for acne skin.
What would you recommend ?

If I wear sunscreen, will it affect my moisturizing cream that I put on twice a day?

I apply two times a day this L’Oreal moisturizing cream in the morning and at night but I also read that one should also wear sunblock in the winter, but isn’t that too much creams for one face? or is it OK?

nope thats not too much lotion. and if it is, try using a lighter moisturizer.

i use an oil free moisturizer morning and night and its nice and light. some days if i feel i need more moisture or if i know im gonna be outside for a portion of the day i wear my la roche posay daily moisturizing sunscreen.

the only thing i dont like about it is that it makes my face feel a little more texturized rather than baby butt smooth. which defeats the satisfying feeling of a good shave.

also if you try a moisturizer with spf be aware that some cause your skin to be oily. and also youll probably be advised against wearing it at night. thats why i ended up getting the one without spf.
luckily my mom got the sunscreen that i wear for free with her moisturizer from CVS

Is L’oreal Whitening cream good? Does it work without any side effects?

Hi ,

I got a free sample of L’oreal Day moisturising and whitening cream (with SPF 15) and i dont know the composition yet but i wonder if I can use it without harming my skin . I am not really desperate to get fair but since I have a free sample I want to try it. Also theres a wonderful offer on the regular size (it has a face wash for free) which I might want to try if the sample works. But obviously I want to know if its worth the effort? and will use only if there are no harmul after effects like leathery ,dry,sagging skin or peeling of the outer layer of the skin .

L’oreal Sublime Glow Daily Moisturizer? Pleaseeeee help!?

hi everyone, i’ve just bought this L’oreal Sublime Glow moisturizer. I wonder if this product does a good job on tanning also?? If if does and if u’ve been using before, please tell me how long did it take for u to see the color change on ur skin? And also does it leave streaks and make u orange? Does it stain ur palms after u use it? If it does, what should i do to prevent that from happening? Thank u very much!!!!

The new sunless tanners in the marketplace work MUCH better than those that came out a few years ago. And, ever since last year when Jergens introduced Natural Glow moisturizer w/ a hint of sunless tanners, that’s been the new trend – a little sunless tanner w/ the moisturizer you use on a daily basis anyway. Honestly, you can’t go wrong w/ it.

L’Oreal’s new product is great. It won’t streak because it only has a bit of sunless tanner in it. You will probably start to see a difference after about 3 days and continue to see your skin darken a little each day after that.

Here’s some advice to help optimize your results. First, if you can, before you use it the first time, try to use an exfoliator in the shower. This will help even out your skin (get the dead skin cells off)…this will make the tan go on more even and last longer. Any exfoliator will do. If you don’t have one, then try a body wash w/ one of those puffs. Second, wait to put the moisturizer on after you are already dry. Maybe wait 4-5 minutes after you get out of the shower. This will also help it go on evenly. Then, after you apply, be sure to thoroughly wash your hands w/ soap. This will prevent the staining of palms. Finally, make sure that you allow it to fully dry before putting any clothes on…because it can stain your clothes. I learned this one the hard way, so pls learn from my mistakes.

L’oreal revitalift any good for a 40 yr old?

Doesn’t anyone have any info about the product – i thought there would a few other people using it .

Loreal’s Revitalift Complete was good to fair for moisturizing the face with a slight reduction in wrinkles, at least around the lower eye and above the eyelid, but did not reduce wrinkles as much as I had hoped. I have had an increase in wrinkles at a perimenoupausal stage around the eyes, forehead, and lips and had wanted a product that would have reduced the wrinkles more than it has.It is very soothing to the skin and easy to apply, but perhaps, the more recent Loreal products will be more effective. The Revitalift eye cream was more effective thant the face and neck Revitalift Complete cream.
The problem was that the product did not dramatically reduce wrinkles on forehead or by lips.

I think the Revitalift is suited for all ages; probably over 21. It will work on a 40 year old.
