Major break out during and after pregnancy?

Hi there. My face broke out really, really bad during my pregnancy. I tried many topical products to prevent it. I am now 2.5 months post pregnancy and face is still breaking out. I have used Proactive, and Obagi skin whitening, face masks and acne medication creams with no success.

Every day it seems like new pimples and red spots develop. Has anyone had this experience? What did you do? What do I need to do?
