Is this skin care routine ok to help blemishes/skin tone?
In the morning I cleanse with
-purpose gentle cleanser,
- thayers witch hazel rose toner with vitamin e
- moisturize with Aveeno Positively Radiant spf 15
Night:
-purpose cleanser with clarisonic
-thayers witch hazel
-neutrogena light night cream.
Those are the products I use to take care of my skin. I have mild acne. bumps under the skin and some redness. These products are fine for your skin, and the toner has vitamin e, but none of it is “acne ingredients”. If I stay consistent with this routine is it likely that my skin will improve?
I don’t necessarily like using salycilic acid/benzoyl peroixide because its harsh. Also, is clarisonic good for skin?
