Which is the strongest mattifying moisturiser/lotion??

Are these good?? Are there any other better ones?? I know all about the oil absorbing blotters & cream gels which i think are great but now I just need a oil absorbing moisturiser too! Also, are you supposed to use a primer on top of an oil absorbing moisturiser??
Umm my mom loves this stuff, i sure hope they still have it, but, Go to Qvc.com and they should have this stuff called Tawaka it works wonderfully, I mean you instantly see results. Also, it spells like chocolate, and it has more antioxidants than two-hundred something pounds of blueberries… Lol sorry for sounding like an info-mercial but You should check it out, I hope I was able to help. ^^”
