Oily skin? Best Products. .?
After having my 9 month old i’ve dealt with severe oily skin (always had acne/oily skin but it was under control after my first child). I have tried tons of professional lines, dermalogica, comsmedicine, korres, etc. I’ve spend tons of money on products and my makeup is running off of my face (I am currently using bare minerals, I’ve tried liquid foundation, it does not work). I just went to Sephora and they advised I spend $400 PLUS on a new cleanser regimen and recommeded I stay with Bare Minerals. Any suggestions??
Salicylic acid is a BHA, beta hydroxy acid, similar to AHA’s except that it is oil soluble. It is the best thing, hands down, for cutting through sebum and dissolving blackheads. It can be found in products in concentrations of 1% and 2% in cleansers, lotions, and serums in any drugstore. If you go online, you can find more serious concentrations of 3% to 8% which can be used daily, and even 15% which is used as a peel once a week or less. This stuff is double duty too, because it’s anti-aging as well as anti-acne. I get mine from MUAC, or www.makeupartistschoice.com.
Foundation Routine!
