The question: How to Lose Cellulite? is one I’ve seen asked numerous times in forums and discussions. There are obviously a lot of people who are looking for help to get rid of cellulite.  I’ve put together a 5 step plan that is quite easy to follow, and will help in the fight against cellulite, as well as improving your general health.

Step 1 – Drink Water

Water is good for your overall health, and an important tool for reducing cellulite.  Drinking water helps flux toxins from the body.  Toxins are believed to be a component in cellulite formation.

Step 2 – Eat Healthily

Increase the amount of natural foods in your diet.  Reduce the amount of processed food you eat, as this will also help in the fight against cellulite.

Step 3 – Start Exercising

If you haven’t got an exercise plan, start one.  Any exercise is better than none.  Increasing muscle and decreasing fat will help reduce cellulite.  Cellulite is pockets of fat held between fibrous tissue in layers just under the skin. Reducing fat will help decrease cellulite.

Step 4 – Take Care of Your Skin

Use a good moisturizer on your skin.  Keeping skin soft and healthy will improve the appearance of cellulite.  Taut, dry skin will make cellulite more obvious, so taking care of your skin in areas affected by cellulite is also important.

Step 5 – Try Massage

Massaging areas of cellulite can help mobilize fat cells and toxins and make your skin appear smoother.  This is particularly effective when done using anti cellulite creams.

All five steps can be followed easily at home and will vastly improve your cellulite reduction results when you do all five steps together, instead of just one or two.
