Is is normal to breakout more while using the OBAGI NU-DERM SYSTEM?
Obagi nu-derm can seem to cause more breakouts because it’s an exfoliater, meaning that you are exposing the zits below the skin that haven’t surfaced yet. Keep using it, skin changes about every 28 days. It’s similar to Retin A, causes flaking, redness the first few weeks, but you get great skin afterwards and may want to continue using it. It should have directions with the packaging or call the place where you bought it. Or if there is an 800 number, call it. I used Obagi Products for 6 wks, then had the blue peel, it was uncomfortable for the weekend, It itched, peeled like bad sunburn and I looked scary. On Monday, it was beautiful!
