what’s a good facial cleanser for young adolescents to use?
Are adult products like Oil of Olay or Dove ok to use on their skin?
ok, there are three things you have to do:
first, clean your face. be sure that you dont over cleanse it tho. in the morning, splash your face with warm water or milk [ milk is a lactic acid that will allow your face to receive a natural acid treatment] other acids: pineapple/lemon/most citrus fruit juices and tomatoes. also, you can buy a natural cleanser from a health store with the following ingredients: tee tree oil, chamomile, witch hazel. dove and neautrogena are good gentle face cleaners as well.
second: tone your face, which removes residue soap and oil. lemons, rose water, witch hazel, liquid boric acid, or a tea tonic [ 2 teaspoons or green or chamomile tea with 1/2 cup of water. apply to face with a cotton ball.] dont rinse the toner off
third: mosterize- find lotions with following ingredients: lipids, essential fatty acids, sunscreen. dont buy lotions enhanced with vitamin E, A, or C. instead buy the vitamens in capsule form. open the capsules and put it in your lotion.
exfoliating and doing masks are also important. buy gently exfoliaters from halth stores or make your own [ packet of raw sugar and a cpl drops of olive oil are great]
