How do I get rid of this dry patch on my face?
I have had a dry patch right above my jaw line for months now. I moisturize daily with Oil of Olay active hydrating and I exfoliate too. Some days it’s not as noticeable and some days I can’t “hide” it. Any tips or ideas on how to get this to go away? It’s a little larger than a quarter and it’s driving me crazy!
