can i use this to exfloiate?
Can i just shave my legs then use my loofa with my body wash to exfoliate my skin before laying out. And is olay ultra moisture lotion with shea butter good moisturizer to use?
Using loofah is a great idea, but you may want to try to use it before you shave when your skin is dry. It’s called a dry bath and it’s great for your skin. To exfoliate after shaving try some oatmeal mixed with plain yogurt and honey. Just give your legs a good scrub and then leave it on for about 20 min. You can use it on your face too, works great.
I don’t like using lotions since they’re all full of chemicals. If you have just plain shea butter that would be great. If not you can use coconut oil or olive oil. If you do it in the evening, leave it on overnight. Your skin will feel great.
If you’re going to do it in the morning and are concerned about feeling too greasy, then just apply organic aloe vera gel (you can get it at the health food store). It will make your skin very soft.
