How can I get rid of my acne and blackheads?
I have been experiencing lots of acne for about three years. I have tried most of the products on the market. I have tried Spectro Acne Care.. which did not help whatsoever. I tried Proactiv but it gave me a horrible rash above my left eye so I stopped using it. Then I tried Burts Bees blemish stick it helped a little but I stopped using it because of it being so expensive. Right now I am using the Neutrogena Wave, it makes my skin soft but it does not get rid of my acne. I mainly have acne on my forehead and my chin, but I do also experience it all over. How do I get rid of my acne?
The blackheads however, started to apear about a year ago. I only have them on my nose. How do I get rid of Blackheads?

first you need a clean diet
no oils whatsoever and no junk food
you might have to eat pasta and beans and lentils and try and get recipes of foods that use minimal oil, some soups or grilled fish
drink 2 cups if mint tea every day, you can grow the leaves yourself or buy them
add some to boiling water and drink up, it tastes good and cleanses your body and gives you nice skin and hair
buy 100% aloe vera gel from the shop or grow the plant at home and rub it on your face every night and morning
since it is watery even you will forget you are wearing it
it has no scent either
you need to run or exercise to sweat out the yucky stuff in your body like fats
