complete makeover?
I need to lose weight and clear up my skin..I’m 15 I weight 237 and i’m about 5’11….So far I’ve already completely stopped drinking soda i only drink water,orange juice or crystal light and about the whole clearing up my face I started using proactiv ….any other tips woll be helpful thanks…
I would give up on the crystal light. Its said that artificial sweetners make you carve more sugar. That can make you crack on your diet or even stress you out. Orange juice also contains also lots of sugar. But is healthy for you.
