So what would be best . facial wise ?
i used proactiv and got no results . im comtemplating between the Neutrogena 3 step system and Clearasil 3 step system . what would be best for a face that is oily, doesnt break out too often but has scars from past acne and something that will cleanse my pores without clogging ? this could really be a change for me . SENIOR year is up and i dont want to graduate with the same face ( acne wise ) . thanks =]
Well, I used to have really bad acne, and I mesn really bad. So here’s what I did:
1. Use Tea Tree Oil every morning and night. Before you apply it, wash your face really good.
2.I ate a lot of samon
3. I ate a lot of fruit
4. I applied honey on my face for 15 minutes, and then washed it off, three times a week.
5. I did yoga to stay stress free.
