Huge cystic pimple on my nose! How to get rid of it without leaving a scar?
I am considering three remedies: toothpaste, tea tree oil or benzyl peroxide cream from proactiv. It’s filled with lots of pus! I’m not gonna pop it cause its going to leave a scar but how do i treat it?? Please share your experience if you had one of these before! And please suggest home remedies… THANKS.

i did it once, and it burnt my skin! i had a scab by my nose for like a week. didn’t leave a scar but had to live with a nasty scab for a week.
i think you shouldn’t mess with it and just wait it out.
