How does Proactiv work? Not how it clears up acne but how does it actually work?
I ordered the Proactiv® Plus for Teens kit for my daughter earlier. It was only $29.95 + free S&H so I thought why not give it a try. But now all of my co-workers are talking about their “auto-ship” program and how Proactiv will send a new kit every month and will charge your card every month. I only wanted to purchase it once! I really don’t want them to send a new kit every month. Is it possible to get off this “auto-ship” program? Also, how does their shipping work? I need detailed answers please, thank you. (:
Yes, your co-workers are right. If you read the fine print they will continue to bill you every 60 days and send you a new kit. If you call their customer support line (800) 876-9717 and say “customer service” when asked. Give them your account number and tell a representative that you would like to cancel future shipments. THey will give you a confirmation number that you should write down in case they accidentally bill you again so you cna get your money back. This is why proactive is such a hassle!
